The laboratory of a hospital refers to the experimental site for medical examinations, which mainly conducts biological, microbiological, and pathological tests on human samples. 1. Experimental bench

The experimental tables include central tables, side tables, instrument tables, corner tables, high-temperature tables, low culture tables, movable cabinets (towed cabinets), etc.

Table: At present, most laboratory table tops are made of physical and chemical boards. The basic characteristics of physical and chemical boards are strong acid resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, scratch resistance, impact resistance, antibacterial, waterproof, and easy to clean. Generally speaking, the edges of the laboratory table top should be thickened and rounded.

Main frame: The main frame of the test bench is made of high-quality square steel, and its surface is treated with pickling, phosphating, high-temperature curing of epoxy resin plastic powder, and chemical rust prevention, so it is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion.

In addition, the drawers, door panels, cabinets and back panels of the laboratory bench are made of melamine boards and PVC edge banding.

2. Reagent rack

Reagent racks are generally installed on the tabletops of laboratory tables, laboratory cabinets, and central laboratory tables. Their main function is to place glassware, test tubes, drugs, etc. to facilitate experimental operations. Reagent racks mainly include all-wood reagent racks and steel-wood reagent racks.

The reagent rack contains a power supply and is equipped with a five-hole multi-function socket, which is suitable for plugs of various instruments. It is equipped with a three-proof outer cover that is dust-proof, splash-proof, and acid-proof. The material is PC material, which is fire-retardant.

3. Cabinets

There are many types of laboratory cabinets, such as reagent cabinets, medicine cabinets, fume hoods, explosion-proof cabinets, biological safety cabinets, hanging tower storage cabinets, data cabinets, etc.

Fume hoods are an indispensable component of laboratory ventilation design. Their main purpose is to prevent laboratory workers from inhaling or inhaling as little as possible some toxic, pathogenic or unknown toxic chemicals and organisms, so that the laboratory has good ventilation conditions.

4. Washing

Laboratory washing mainly includes stainless steel washing tables and stainless steel cleaning pools.

Stainless steel washing tables and cleaning pools are mainly used for dumping and cleaning organic solvents and waste acid containers. Their drainage pipes are set up separately and discharged into the hospital's sewage treatment station separately from ordinary drainage pipes. Exhaust facilities (exhaust hoods, exhaust outlets, etc.) should be installed at the top of the dumping pool.

5. Auxiliary Class

Laboratory auxiliary items mainly include laboratory desks, laboratory chairs, exhaust hoods, etc.
